About the role

Widener Law Commonwealth seeks an entry‑level or pre‑tenure lateral faculty member for a tenure‑track position. The law school, established in 1989 and independently accredited within Widener University, is located in Harrisburg, PA, the state capital, offering impactful experiences for faculty and students. WLC is a dynamic community of teachers and scholars dedicated to student success, engaged teaching, and scholarly impact, with many faculty involved in state and federal law‑reform efforts. Responsibilities

• Teach the year‑long Property and Legal Methods courses.
• Contribute to the teaching package in areas such as Administrative Law, Contracts, Commercial Law, Environmental Law, and Intellectual Property, according to institutional needs.
