Faculty Adjunct Hourly - Radiologic Technology Program

Responsibilities

• Development and delivery of a portion of the curriculum, including exam item writing and proctoring
• Prepares for and teaches courses every semester
• Develops and implements an assessment plan to ensure course effectiveness
• Mentorship of Touro University Radiologic Technology (RT) students
• Plan and conduct academic advisement sessions
• Participate in academic and service responsibilities at the College and University
• Attend and participate in departmental meetings
• Perform other faculty duties as appropriate and determined by the program director or dean

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate or Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Certified by the CDPH-RHB and/or the ARRT
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist (RT)
• Teaching experience preferred
• Strong commitment to the professional development of Radiologic Technology (RT)
• Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication skills
• Active participation in professional societies at the local, state, and/or national levels, including the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) preferred
• Personal integrity

Pay

Maximum Salary USD $125.00/Yr.

Minimum Salary USD $70.00/Hr.
