About the role
Position based in the Centre region. Permanent contract (CDI) with a 35-hour workweek from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair work throughout the house and gardens.
- Handle general property upkeep, including DIY tasks.
- Maintain relationships with external gardening and pool service providers.
- Manage minor repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry).
- Oversee maintenance of vehicles and household equipment.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the premises.
