About the role

Nucar Automotive Group is seeking a Factory Product & Funding Specialist to join their team. This role plays a critical role in ensuring dealership deals are funded accurately and timely while managing manufacturer incentive programs, product reimbursements, and factory receivables across multiple dealership locations.

Responsibilities

  • Process and monitor vehicle funding with lenders to ensure timely payment.
  • Review deal documentation for completeness and funding requirements.
  • Process manufacturer product claims and incentive submissions.
  • Reconcile factory receivable schedules and investigate outstanding balances.
  • Track and post factory incentive payments and reimbursements.
  • Communicate with lenders, manufacturers, and dealership personnel to resolve funding and product discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records within the dealership management system.
  • Prepare month-end reports and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer and lender guidelines.
  • Affix to special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred.
  • Experience with vehicle funding, factory receivables, or product processing strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Tekion, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS.
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in automotive finance or related field.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience with dealership management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
