About the role

JRL Group is looking for reliable Factory Operatives to join their busy, state-of-the-art offsite manufacturing facility in Carlton-on-Trent.

Responsibilities

• Working on a fast-paced production line to assemble heavy-duty floor, wall, and ceiling frames.
• Using a variety of hand and power tools to secure components and maintain high quality control.
• Collaborating with your team to meet daily manufacturing targets safely.

Requirements

• A solid background in a warehouse, factory, or manufacturing environment.
• A strong, "can-do" work ethic and a commitment to site safety.
