Factory Maintenance Technician

About the role

Clean Tech is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician at our recycling facility in Dundee, MI. This is a Direct Hire position that offers paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Pay depends on experience.

Schedule

3-2-2-3 schedule (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off). Shifts are either 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance for machinery and mechanical equipment used in the plastic recycling process to assure uninterrupted and optimal operations
• Execute and continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures
• Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient and correct execution
• Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices, and procedures
• Receive thorough and ongoing training, with a clear pathway to promotion

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of mechanical maintenance experience in any industry
• Strong mechanical skills
• Electrical knowledge is a plus
