Responsibilities

• Facility Management: Maintain cleanliness and overall upkeep of the facility during your shift; Handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting; Assist with daily operations, including opening/closing the facility & setting up/taking down sports equipment.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Safety: Assist with general operations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Expectations: Dependability: Be on time and responsible, as you're often the first point of contact; Reliability: Show up consistently, even early, to ensure smooth operations; Communication: Be proactive and clear in communicating with team members and supervisors.

Requirements

• Must be dependable, responsible, and demonstrate integrity
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized and proactive during busy shifts
• Availability to work weekends and at least one weekday per week

Schedule

Monday – Friday: 3:30 pm – 10:00 pm; Weekend shifts: 6:00 am – 2pm; 2pm-10pm; Flexibility in scheduling.
