Facility Support Staff
Facility Management Corporation, known as “FMC Ice Sports,” was formed in 1992 to deliver high-quality ice sport facility management and operations, as well as ice-based programs that benefit our communities and promote interest in both hockey and skating. We are the largest operator of public arenas in the United States, managing 25 public ice-skating arenas across Massachusetts through long-term partnerships with the Commonwealth, municipalities, and educational institutions.
About the role
Facility Support Staff perform a variety of tasks in the arena to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Skate Monitor
- Cashier
- Timekeeper
No prior experience in an ice rink or ice sports is required; we provide training.
Requirements
A successful candidate will:
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Be a team player
- Be at least 16 years old
- Understand the importance of dependability and organization
Pay
$15 per hour, non-negotiable.
All offers are contingent upon passing a thorough background check, including CORI, SORI, and National Criminal History Background check.
