Facility Support Specialist (Swing Shift)

Strive Pharmacy is a personalized compounding pharmacy built on a simple conviction: medicine should fit the patient, not the other way around. We're growing, and we're looking for people who share that conviction. We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented individuals to join our organization as 2nd Shift Facility Support Specialists.

Responsibilities

This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized environment that supports the comfort, health, and satisfaction of our employees, visitors, and customers. Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing: perform routine cleaning tasks, disinfect high-touch surfaces, and maintain optimal hygiene across the facility.
• Waste management: collect and properly dispose of trash and recyclables, monitor waste receptacles, and follow regulatory waste handling procedures.
• Restroom maintenance: thoroughly clean and disinfect restrooms, replenish supplies, and verify that all dispensers are fully functional.
• Stocking and inventory: monitor and maintain par levels of cleaning supplies, track inventory, and submit restock requests promptly.
• Collaboration and compliance: coordinate with other Facility team members, communicate effectively with colleagues, and follow established cleaning protocols and company SOPs.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include:

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensure: valid Driver’s License (required for travel to other facilities).
• Attributes: strong work ethic, dependability, and acute attention to detail.
• Communication: ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions and strictly adhere to company SOPs.
• Physical requirements: physical ability to perform tasks involving bending, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience in environmental services, custodial, or janitorial roles, strong knowledge of chemical safety, and familiarity with basic infection control practices or sanitization standards.

Pay

The hourly pay rate is $21 - $23 USD, with a $2.00 per hour shift differential.

Schedule

The schedule is Tuesday through Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, and Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
