Facility Support Attendant - 2nd Shift

What You’ll Do (Highlights)

• Perform general daily housekeeping duties
• Event Set-up duties requiring setting up tables, chairs
• Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to visitors and employees at all times
• Ensure that all recycled compost and landfill materials are placed in the correct containers
• Reports all accidents, injuries, and near-miss accidents immediately to your supervisor
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, washing surfaces, emptying trash, and other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need For Success

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to learn new procedures
• Presentation of a professional attitude at all times under the scrutiny of the general public
• Meet productivity standards
• Able to read instructions and understand the label on cleaning products
• Able to multitask in a sometimes fast-paced environment
• Able to lift 30-60 pounds
• Ability and willingness to work in varying temperatures and all-weather conditions
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Additional Details

This position starts at $16.00 per hour. The Garden is committed to the safety and well-being of our employees, volunteers, and guests.
