Facility Services Coordinator

About the role

Mirabella Seattle is a premier not-for-profit Life Plan Community located in Seattle's vibrant South Lake Union neighborhood. We are seeking a Facility Services Coordinator to support facility operations, coordinate projects, and serve as a key resource for residents, contractors, and team members within the Facility Services department.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track facility services projects while supporting department priorities and administrative operations.
• Serve as the primary contact for resident requests, questions, and service needs, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
• Manage work orders and maintenance activities through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Support project coordination, contractor documentation, permits, compliance records, and emergency preparedness initiatives.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to support facility operations, construction projects, and customer service objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in facility services, building operations, project coordination, or an office environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of facility management processes, maintenance operations, and project coordination practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience using CMMS software preferred.
• Positive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience.
