Facility Security Guard

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Tactical Security Ambassador to read environments, anticipate risk, and act decisively. Your keen sense of observation and physical ability will be key as you patrol diverse settings such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers.

About the role

As a Security Ambassador – Tactical, you will move throughout your shift to ensure safety, verify identities, respond to incidents, and collaborate with law enforcement when needed.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus

Schedule

• 1st schedule: Full-time, Tuesday through Saturday, 3rd shift, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• 2nd schedule: Part-time, Saturday through Sunday, 2nd shift, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $17.00 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.
