Facility Operations Lead

We think AI capacity should be as widely available as electricity, and built with the same care for the places it runs. Ample Industries builds small, battery-backed compute sites on power that businesses already have, instead of new campuses the size of a town. You'll run our sites day to day: the compute, cooling, batteries and power on each one. You'll set how we operate and build the team that does it as we add sites. What You'll Do Bring new sites online and keep them runningWrite the runbooks, maintenance schedules and on-call processManage vendors, spares and field serviceTrack uptime and own the response when something fails What We're Looking For Experience running critical facility operationsHands-on with power distribution, batteries or UPS, and coolingComfortable on site and on callLiquid cooling or GPU cluster experience is a plus
