About the role
The role is responsible for managing the company's social media platforms and engaging with customers through various channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms.
- Create and manage content calendars for social media posts.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Qualifications
- Experience with SEO and content marketing is a plus.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and ability to create visually appealing social media graphics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
