Facility Maintenance: The Alaska Club Valley

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities
• Diagnose and resolve equipment and facility issues using basic electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry skills
• Lift up to 50 pounds and use ladders as necessary
• Work nights and weekends, and be available on-call
• Work independently and in a team environment
• Stand, lift, and bend for up to 8 hours in hot, cold, and wet environments
• Promote safety and adhere to efficient work practices
• Communicate professionally with co-workers and management, and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aptitude
• Maintenance, painting, and carpentry skills
• Valid driver's license and meet insurance requirements

• Ability to communicate with co-workers and management in a professional manner
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
