Facility Maintenance Technician (Downtown Cincinnati)

About the role

The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing various facilities in downtown Cincinnati. This includes cleaning, painting, electrical repairs, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair various facilities including cleaning, painting, electrical repairs, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
• Respond to emergency calls and perform urgent repairs as needed.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and standards.
• Perform routine inspections and report findings to supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience in facility maintenance or similar field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using common tools and equipment for facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Good communication skills to interact with staff and residents.

Schedule
