About the role
GLICK is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding fire equipment solutions
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote GLICK products
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience in the fire equipment industry preferred
- Passion for providing excellent customer service
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

- $80,000 - $100,000 annually
