About the role

Join a dynamic team as a Facility Maintenance & Systems Specialist supporting on-site operations in Wilton, CT. You'll be responsible for ensuring all facility systems operate efficiently by monitoring Building Management Systems (BMS), responding to alarms, scheduling preventive and reactive maintenance, and documenting activities. Your expertise will help optimize building performance, troubleshoot issues proactively, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to deliver exceptional facility management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Respond to alarms and address facility issues promptly
  • Schedule and perform preventive and reactive maintenance
  • Document all activities related to facility maintenance
  • Optimize building performance through proactive troubleshooting
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure facility excellence

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in facility maintenance within industrial or manufacturing settings
  • Hands-on experience with BMS, controls, commissioning, software integration, and calibration
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including reading drawings and performing startup, tuning, and system audits
  • Valid driver’s license; technical or maintenance certifications preferred
  • Strong communication skills, ability to interpret technical instructions, and proficiency with CMMS tools like Planon
  • Ability to operate hand/power tools, forklifts, aerial lifts, and other equipment as needed
  • Technical aptitude in mechanical/electrical fields with problem-solving capabilities and customer-focused mindset
