Facility investment Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site supervisor during non-manager availability.
• Lead and assign tasks to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical technicians.
• Maintain safety protocols and adhere to industry standards.
• Coordinate and manage daily maintenance activities.
• Implement and manage a preventive maintenance program.
• Document and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Prepare and submit required maintenance documentation.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide updates.
• Evaluate and recommend procurement of tools and materials.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Provide training and maintain necessary records.
• Set performance goals and deadlines.
• Ensure maintenance equipment/tools are functioning properly.
• Work independently and in a team setting.
• Work alternate and extended shift schedules as needed.
• Operate a company vehicle and maintain a safe driving record.
• Pass a drug/alcohol test and criminal record check.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management in military or government facilities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, including codes and regulations.
• Certification in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical trades is preferred.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues, establish priorities, and achieve desired outcomes.
• Computer skills to complete data entry into work management systems.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• US Citizenship.
