Facility in Washington Is Looking for a Locum Tenens Obstetrics Gynecologist

About the role

Seeking 2‑3 providers for consistent, long‑term coverage in an OB/GYN department handling approximately 650 deliveries per year. Your CompHealth recruiter will be your single point of contact, backed by specialized teams for housing, travel, credentialing, licensing, and more.

Responsibilities

• In‑house call: 24‑hour shifts, minimum 10 shifts per month
• Average of 5 patients per shift
• Manage low and high‑risk pregnancies in the OB/GYN department
• Perform C‑sections, VBAC, breech, and complicated deliveries
• Conduct OB ultrasound performance and interpretation
• Perform minor gynecologic procedures: IUD placement, colposcopy, LEEP, cryosurgery

Requirements

• Ability to manage low and high‑risk pregnancies
• Experience with C‑sections, VBAC, breech, and complicated deliveries
• Proficiency in OB ultrasound performance and interpretation
• Skills in minor gynecologic procedures (IUD, colposcopy, LEEP, cryosurgery)

Pay

Hourly range: $150.00 – $225.00 (all‑inclusive, combining base pay with potential overtime, call, and holiday pay; actual rate depends on critical need, experience, qualifications, and other factors).

Schedule
