Facility in IA Needs a Locum Tenens Anesthesiologist

Schedule

Mon - Fri, 7 am - 3 pm or 7 am - 5 pm with 1:3 call.

Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 1,200 cases per month.
• Provide call coverage including primary OR, backup OR, and 24‑hour OB call.
• Manage holiday week coverage as needed.
• Work on cardiac cases (cardiac experience not required).
• No pediatric or transplant cases are assigned.
• Enter assignment details and time via the online portal.

Requirements

• Proficiency in general anesthesia, trauma, and endoscopy; OB experience preferred.
• Experience with high‑volume trauma (approximately 700 trauma cases annually, mostly blunt force and agricultural).
