Facility Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Must show up to work in proper attire - U-Haul provided shirts, pants - black or brown in color, shoes - black or brown in color
• Contact storage customers regarding any issues with the unit - locked open, no lock with the unit being full, or to confirm move out of unit
• Provide sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping for storage units, hallways, restrooms (daily), elevator, etc.
• Dispose of trash
• Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed
• Inform management team of any issues
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University

Physical Demands

The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of remaining stationary, moving around outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50lbs assisted or unassisted.
