About the role
Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Facility Administrator at our Pearl Haven site in North Shore, Oahu.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight across multiple programs, ensuring consistent implementation of evidence-based and trauma-informed models of care.
- Oversee treatment planning, documentation standards, and clinical quality assurance.
- Review critical incidents, safety plans, and risk assessments.
- Guide staff through complex clinical decisions.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Demonstrate experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and managing complex clinical/operational environments.
- Possess strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, adolescent development, and behavioral health treatment models.
- Possess proven ability to interpret and apply licensing standards, contract requirements, and regulatory expectations.
