Facility Administrator

Purpose

As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will lead a team in an outpatient clinic setting, impacting patient care and fostering a positive work environment.

About the Role

You will build relationships with patients, improve their health through clinical goal setting, and develop a cross-functional clinical team. You will also manage the clinic's operations, including financial management and compliance, and collaborate with various teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and team members
• Develop, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team
• Manage the clinic's operations, including budget adherence, expense forecasting, vendor relationships, supply ordering, and compliance monitoring
• Collaborate with clinical and financial teams to produce results aligned with business needs
• Use intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications

Requirements

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• One year of management experience or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.)
• Current RN license (if required by state)
• CPR certification required (or obtain within 60 days of hire)
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Pay
