Facilities Technician III

Location: Menlo Park, CA 94025
Duration: 12+ months contract
Pay rate: $39.35/hr

Schedule

• 2nd shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
• Non-exempt; weekly hours over 40 paid at time-and-a-half
• Available for paid on-call (2 hrs/day)

About the role

Maintains facilities, HVAC systems, and equipment to provide a safe, efficient, and comfortable workplace. Familiarity with GMP environment, GMP Change Process, work orders, and ISO standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of building facilities and equipment (HVAC, compressed air, DI-RO water, electrical, plumbing)
• Move and installation of equipment and/or furniture
• Document work in computer maintenance systems using Microsoft Word
• Management of repair and improvement projects, including vendor coordination

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a GMP environment
• Experience maintaining a clean room
• Background in hospitals, semiconductor, or similar business-facilities environments
