Facilities Tech I, Nights

About the Role

Perform minor level maintenance and repair work on a wide variety of Medical Center plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, facilities, and equipment. Troubleshoot pneumatic tube systems, perform routine vehicle maintenance, and assume independent responsibility for the overall maintenance of assigned Medical Center facilities during other than normal working hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor level maintenance and repair work on Medical Center plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, facilities, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic tube systems.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance.
• Assume independent responsibility for the overall maintenance of assigned Medical Center facilities outside of normal working hours.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• No prior work experience required.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and adherence to Piedmont’s Healthcare Vehicle Safety Program policy 3500.

Schedule

Tuesday – Saturday, 3rd shift.
