Facilities Support Lead
About the role
As a Facilities Lead in Honolulu, HI, your role is critical to keep our offices running and allow our teams to focus on delivery. As part of our Real Estate Operations, you will join our collaborative team providing our corporate offices with receptionist services, administrative support and related facilities activities. We are looking for a passionate Facilities Lead who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo.
Responsibilities
You will perform various facilities related tasks to ensure smooth operations to include:
- Providing reception services
- Assisting internal and external clients
- Manage budget to include operating expenses, reconciliation, and bill payment
- Maintaining the office to include processing maintenance request and ensuring office supplies and inventory is sufficient
- Front office security
- Completing health and safety checklists
- Maintaining breakroom cleanliness
- Responding to tasks related to facility management and appearance
- Providing onboarding/offboarding support
- Providing technical support
Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle challenges will allow you to thrive in our environment. Responsibilities may require physical activity, including some or all the following: Bending, stooping, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing stairs and/or ladders, sitting for long periods, and typing.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- At least 4 years of work experience in a customer-focused and administrative role(s)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on-site (Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm in Honolulu, HI)
Qualifications
Ideally you'll also have:
- College degree
- Office management or facilities certifications

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $63,600.00 to $69,680.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
