Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, furniture setup, and equipment checks.
- Cook with vendors and service providers for cleaning, HVAC, electrical, and security services.
- Support office moves, workspace reconfigurations, and supply inventory management.
- Monitor facility systems and report issues to management or contractors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and assist during emergency procedures or drills.
- Maintain logs, schedules, and records related to facility operations.
Required Skills
- Experience in building maintenance, facilities support, or a related role.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or custodial procedures.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and move furniture or equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
