Job Responsibilities

• Oversight and coordination of daily operations of security and housekeeping personnel.
• Management and oversight of third-party service providers, including pest control, housekeeping, landscaping, snow removal, office setup, facility improvement projects, and event support.
• Support of departmental quality system activities by preparing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing change controls, deviations, risk assessments, root cause investigations, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
• Promotion and maintenance of a safe, compliant, and well-maintained work environment.
• On-call support for facility-related emergencies outside of normal business hours.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or hands-on training in project management, security, site services, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a supervisory or management role, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant leadership experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience, preferably involving construction, facility renovations, or space remodeling projects.
• Experience working in a current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) pharmaceutical manufacturing environment or another highly regulated industry is preferred.
