About the role

The Stellantis Student Program runs remotely from September through April, with work performed virtually from a U.S.-based location. Students living in the Metro‑Detroit area may optionally work onsite at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan, but this is not required. During the school year students are expected to work 24 hours per week, coordinating a consistent weekly schedule with their manager that accommodates their class load. In the summer months (May through August) students may be relocated to the Auburn Hills campus and may work up to 40 hours per week in a hybrid/in‑person format, reporting onsite 3‑5 days per week as business needs dictate. Cohorts begin each quarter in January, April, June, and September, and participants are intended to remain in the program until graduation. The program offers continuous, year‑round engagement, allowing students to apply classroom learning in real‑world settings, take on increasing responsibility, contribute to project‑oriented assignments, experience corporate culture, and participate in structured activities and exclusive networking events.
