About the Position
Serves as the Facilities Specialist and primary point of contact with responsibility for all facilities, lands, and building management functions of the Fountain City Service Base and the Lock & Dam 5A storage building and grounds. The secondary focus of this position is oversight of fleet management activities. Performs duties which include surveillance and coordination of the maintenance of physical facilities, infrastructure, utilities, and grounds.

- Oversight of fleet management activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in facilities management or a closely related field.
- Experience with fleet management systems and practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of facility management software and systems.

Pay
- $45,000 - $55,000 annually.
Schedule
