Facilities Shift Manager-Full Time (Caesars Atlantic City)

About the role

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Facility Manager. This role involves inspiring others through clear direction, superior customer service, and continuous improvement of services.

Responsibilities

• Submits input from co-workers and department users on labor-saving, safety, and dollar-saving innovations.
• Assists in the development of employee appraisals and identifies training and upward mobility candidates.
• Responsible for the maintenance and mechanical integrity of the facility.
• Supervises all trade personnel on shift and interfaces with all department managers during shift.
• Conducts daily tours of the facility to identify, correct, and follow-up on all deficiencies.
• Manages assigned projects and ensures timely completion.
• Completes work from the PMI load board and schedule sheets during shifts.
• Maintains service contracts pertaining to engineering and maintenance.
• Monitors and reports on employee incidents, irregularities, and other issues such as mechanical shutdowns, emergencies, and alarms.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Four years of supervisory experience in the Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Mechanical fields are required.
• Union experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of Fire Safety and Building Codes is essential.
• The ability to read blueprints, specifications, and technical data is required.
• A NJ CER license is required.

Benefits

Starting Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
