Facilities Representative with Security Clearance

About the Role

Provides support to facilities management on a variety of tasks, including gathering and reviewing data concerning facility or equipment specifications, company or government restrictions, required completion dates, and construction feasibility. Prepares bid sheets for construction and facilities projects, and reviews and estimates design costs, including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering
• Experience with fitting out office buildings
• Experience with construction of industrial buildings
• Writing Scopes of Work, dealing with A&E firms, and project management
• Must have own safety shoes (eyewear is provided)
