About the role

Responsible for leading a small crew of project technicians in refurbishing tasks of hotel and other Facility areas as needed. Maintaining GFCR assets and providing restorative services across the facility.

Responsibilities

• Leading a small crew of project technicians in refurbishing tasks of hotel and other Facility areas as needed.
• Maintaining GFCR assets and providing restorative services across the facility.
• Primary work schedule will be dayshift Monday through Friday and will be conducive to hotel operations which will minimize guest interruptions.
• Additional shifts and hours may be required depending on the project and duties at hand.
• Ensuring projects and restorative processes are completed properly, and in an efficient and safe manner with attention to detail.
• Tracking inventory, supply costs, and labor associated with each project.
• Working with little to no direction ensuring projects and restorative processes are completed properly, and in an efficient and safe manner with attention to detail.
• Being a self-starter.

• Capable of tracking inventory, supply costs, and labor associated with each project.
