Facilities Project Manager Senior
- list of each essential function bullet.
Qualifications: there is a "Qualifications" section with Required and Preferred. So we can have "Qualifications" heading with maybe subpoints? The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. So we can list required qualifications as list items. Also there is "Preferred Health care construction experience". That's a qualification. Also there is "About Corewell Health" describing organization; maybe that could be "About the role"? Actually "About Corewell Health" is about employer; could be part of "About the role" or separate? The instruction only lists those headings; we can include "About the role" for job summary and maybe also include "About Corewell Health" as part of that? But we should not invent sections not listed. Could include "About the role" covering both job summary and employer description? Might be okay. Benefits: there is a section "How Corewell Health cares for you Comprehensive benefits package..." with bullet-like list: On-demand pay program, Discounts directory, Optional identity theft protection, Traditional and Roth retirement options, Eligibility for benefits is determined... This is benefits info. So we can have "Benefits" heading with a
- list.
Pay: Not mentioned explicitly. No salary info. So we should NOT include Pay section.
Schedule: There is "Primary Location SITE - Lakeland Hospital St Joseph - 1234 Napier Ave - St Joseph Department Name Plan Design Construction CHS - Corporate Employment Type Full time Shift Day (United States of America) Weekly Scheduled Hours 40 Hours of Work 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Days Worked Monday to Friday Weekend Frequency N/A". This includes schedule info: Shift Day, Weekly Scheduled Hours 40, Hours of Work 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Days Worked Monday to Friday. So we can include a "Schedule" heading with that info as

for prose. Also there is "Weekly Scheduled Hours 40 Hours of Work 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Days Worked Monday to Friday Weekend Frequency N/A". We should include that. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, scam warning, application instructions, etc. So we need to strip those. We also need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from essential functions, qualifications, benefits, schedule, location maybe? Location is not a heading but could be part of "About the role" or maybe we can include location in a
under About the role. The instruction says do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Location is minor metadata; we can include in a short
under About the role or maybe separate? Probably include in About the role paragraph. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. The job title is not given explicitly but likely "Construction Project Manager" or similar; not present. So fine. We must output ONLY the HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, etc. We removed those. Check if any content missed: "About Corewell Health As a team member at Corewell Health, you will play an essential role in delivering personalized health care to our patients, members and our communities. We are committed to cultivating and investing in YOU. Our top-notch teams are comprised of collaborators, leaders and innovators that continue to build on one shared mission statement - to improve health, instill humanity and inspire hope. Join a nationally recognized health system with an ambitious vision of continued advancement and excellence." This is substantive about employer; could be included under About the role as a paragraph. We could add aafter the job summary. But we already have a paragraph for About the role; we could extend it to include that description. However we must not invent sections; we can include that content in About the role. Let's incorporate it. Thus About the role paragraph could be longer: combine job summary and employer description and location. Let's craft:

That covers. Check for any other substantive info: "How Corewell Health cares for you Comprehensive benefits package to meet your financial, health, and work/life balance goals. We turned into benefits list. Check if any other info like "CURRENT COREWELL HEALTH TEAM MEMBERS – Please apply through Find Jobs from your Workday team member account. This career site is for Non-Corewell Health team members only." That's application instructions; we should drop. Also "Corewell Health is committed to providing a safe environment..." that's EEO/legal; drop. Also "We require a drug-free workplace..." drop. Also "We are committed to supporting prospective team members who require reasonable accommodations..." drop. Also "Corewell Health grants equal employment opportunity..." drop. Also "An interconnected, collaborative culture..." drop. Also "From workshops that develop cultural intelligence..." drop. Also "We invite those that share in our commitment to join our team." drop. Also "You may request assistance in completing the application process by calling 616.486.7447." drop. Thus final HTML fragment includes the sections we made
