Facilities Production Technical Lead
How We Operate
Extreme ownership. Full autonomy. Own things end to end often taking on scope outside your core role without being asked to get things done.
Velocity. We drive everything forward as fast as possible.
First principles. Challenge every assumption. Zero analogy thinking, no egos, the best idea wins.
Love of the game. The frontier of AI is the most interesting problem of our time. We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.
Role Scope
Own technical direction for facilities production engineering: the software and data layer over the physical plant.
Architect the telemetry pipeline from BMS and EPMS into the tooling operators and engineers run on.
Set technical standards for controls integrations so every site speaks the same data language.
Lead the hardest debugging: when the plant and the software disagree, find the truth.
What We're Looking For
- You've been the senior technical voice on facilities or industrial software systems.
- You've integrated OT systems (BMS, EPMS, SCADA) with modern data stacks.
- You debug across the OT/IT boundary without losing patience or precision.
- Your architecture decisions have survived scale and you can name the tradeoffs.
- Bonus: Data center controls. Time-series platforms. OPC-UA, BACnet, Modbus. Control system security.
