• Run the operating rhythm with site operators so the team builds what shifts actually need
• Grow engineers across the OT/IT boundary, a skill set the market barely produces

Requirements

• Managed engineering teams shipping into operational environments
• Balanced roadmap work against interrupt-driven site support without letting either starve
• Hired for rare hybrid skill sets and built people into them when the market had none
• Your teams keep shipping when the pager is loud
