Responsibilities
- Perform a daily inspection of all material dosing systems to ensure proper operation.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance department for all repairs and/or upgrades to machinery and support systems.
- Review machinery performance and report machinery failures to Corrective Maintenance team if unable to make the repair on your own.
- Notify Facilities Manager or Maintenance Manager of dosing system issues creating increased downtime.
- Cook with Production Supervision on downtime needs to make a repair.
- Ensure all work meets the correct specifications on needed repairs.
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with all Tekni-Plex safety and food safety standards meeting GMP guidelines.
- Work with all internal departments to ensure continuous production of the highest quality of service while still meeting all safety standards.
- Manage cleaning and repairs while adhering to daily schedules.
- Use EAM as needed to make pick tickets for parts needed on job repairs.
- Complete the Motan report as needed per shift.
- Make sure all Company policies and safety regulations are understood and followed.

- Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
