Facilities Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage facility-related projects
• Design mechanical systems
• Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Oversee site activities
• Ensure controls architecture consistency
• Analyze technological trends
• Create project scope documents
• Support bidding and contractor selection
• Supervise engineers and contractors

• Support mechanical systems operation
• Manage Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) specifications and maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 3-6 years of project management experience
• Intermediate knowledge of control systems architecture
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems
• Effective communication
