Facilities Manager – Tifton, GA

Responsibilities

• Directing the activities of mechanics, laborers and contractors engaged in preventative and rehabilitative maintenance, modernization and other special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, a related field of study or a combination of education and professional experience.
• Drug screen and criminal history check required.
• GA Driver’s license required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience in facility management or related field.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
