Job Summary Facilities / Maintenance Technicians Assist with general maintenance and repairs which may include light carpentry, basic electrical, HVAC, painting, grounds maintenance, and arranging furniture and partitions. Conduct routine checks on machinery to determine maintenance required for proper operation. Assist employees with internal moves and transport supplies and equipment as needed. May work with specialized outside contractors. May have some formal training in one or more trades or related experience in building maintenance.
