Facilities Maintenance Steakhouse

Job Summary

Bern’s Steak House is seeking new members for its maintenance team. The position involves basic maintenance tasks in multiple facilities.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Run and repair high volume equipment such as HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Miscellaneous duties covering mechanical, electrical, plumbing, construction/woodworking
• Work well with a small team
• Preventative Maintenance
• Routine cleaning
• Must be able to work in a high stress/fast paced environment
• Will train in certain areas

Qualifications and Skills

• Basic maintenance experience needed
• Follow sanitation policies and cleanliness
• Must work well with others and communicate
• Must work quickly in a safe and effective manner
• Need to have consideration for other employees and maintain a professional demeanor
• Able to multitask in a high-volume restaurant setting
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a diverse environment
