Facilities Maintenance / HVAC Associate - Orlando Area

About the role

The Facilities Maintenance Associate will service the Winter Garden and Lake Buena Vista resorts. This position will perform general maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair work for the resort.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks on equipment and facilities.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Two to Four years of related experience.
• Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Pass a background check, including a criminal record.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and knowledge in HVAC, Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing, and General Repairs.
• Certification in one or more areas via a technical school or other specialized school preferred.

Pay

Hourly Rate of $18.00 - $25.00 per hour - $1000 Sign-On Bonus available.
