Facilities Landscaper-ILMTS

About the role

Responsible for maintaining the professional appearance of landscaping around Dot’s facilities for the enjoyment of employees, partners, visitors, and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities grounds to ensure a clean and pleasant appearance
• Direct daily grounds work assignments of seasonal, part-time staff
• Mowing, edging, raking, and other lawn maintenance
• Trim trees, shrubs, bushes, and replace or add landscaping as needed
• Maintain sprinkler systems, water features, and all ground equipment according to manufacturer’s recommendations
• Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree
• 5+ years golf course or commercial landscaping management experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Equipment maintenance experience

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Management or equivalent experience
• Previous sprinkler system maintenance experience
• Proficient organization skills
• Proficient communication skills
• Previous safety-oriented position

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

• Regular physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively
