Facilities Housekeeper Full-Time

Job Summary

Maintains the cleanliness of the property.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responds to request for cleaning and/or basic maintenance throughout the property.
• Observes and reports on conditions which require attention and/or repair.
• Maintain high level of cleanliness for public areas of the property.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Removes trash to appropriate areas.
• Utilizes assigned equipment including, but not limited to; vacuums, trash compactors, and carpet shampoos.
• Maintains inventory of custodial supplies.
• Effectively uses safety equipment and follows all safety and health procedures when using chemicals and other equipment.
• Performs other jobs as assigned by the direction of management.
• Required to lift up but not limited to 50 lbs.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• May need to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• The work environment is one with possible exposure to prolonged loud noise and sometimes close quarters.
