Facilities Housekeeping maintains and elevates the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities, ensuring every space is pristine and welcoming for high-profile clientele and creative professionals. This role is responsible for creating a clean and polished environment by upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and coordinating with the facilities team to maintain an organized and safe environment.

Responsibilities

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
  • Adjust furniture and decor items, such as fluffing pillows, keeping chairs pushed in, and correcting placement of tables to ensure an immaculate environment.
  • Polish fixtures and appliances throughout the building and address water spots, coffee drips, or visible smudges and blemishes.
  • Handle special cleaning requests, including room turnover between clients or preparing Review Rooms before and after screenings.
  • Deep clean kitchenettes, appliances, and rooms as needed.
  • Monitor and replenish janitorial supplies (e.g., hand soap, toilet paper, sanitary products, paper towels).
  • Collaborate with the Facility Producer to ensure supplies and materials are always available.
  • Maintain organized janitorial closets.
  • Update cleaning logs and documentation for supply usage.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Survey the facility and promptly report safety hazards, concerns, or damages (e.g., broken glass, clogged toilets, water leaks, unusual smells, loose cords, scratched desks or monitors, minor pests).
  • Respond promptly to spills or messes to ensure client, employee, and guest safety.
  • Empty all trash, recycling, and compost into dumpsters and bag trash for proper disposal.
  • Use discretion while working in spaces with confidential business information.
  • Perform minor maintenance duties, such as breaking down boxes.
  • Shampoo rugs and carpets to remove stains.
  • Receive and stock shipments of cleaning and facility supplies.
  • Assist with on-the-job training of new staff on routine procedures and best cleaning practices.
  • Participate in emergency drills and safety trainings as requested.
  • Perform other miscellaneous housekeeping tasks as needed.

  • Basic English language proficiency (verbal and written) to communicate with staff.
  • Physical agility to stand, walk, twist, and bend for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions (e.g., reaching, pulling, pushing, grasping) for the duration of the workday.
  • Capability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs and climb ladders up to 10 ft as needed.
  • Proficient knowledge of cleaning agents, materials, and equipment.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize quickly.
  • Teamwork mentality and cooperative attitude.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and clients.

About the Company

Company 3, including its various business units and family of brands, provides a full range of creative services for content creators, including conceptual design, pre-vis, look development, ideation and rapid prototyping, 3D animation/CGI, motion graphics/design, matte painting, compositing, dailies and production services, color grading, post-production finishing, marketing/trailers, live-action production, and experiences.

Pay

$20.00 USD hourly.

Benefits

Eligible part-time employees working 25 or more hours per week and full-time employees receive a comprehensive package of health, retirement, and insurance benefits, as well as paid time off. Eligible project hires and part-time employees working fewer than 25 hours per week receive retirement, select insurance benefits, and, where required by law, health benefits.
