Facilities Equipment Technician
About the role
We are seeking dependable Technicians to join our award-winning facilities team. You'll support the equipment that keeps our campus running every day including kitchen appliances, ventilation systems, and other mechanical equipment across our 9-million-square-foot, state-of-the-art campus.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, install, maintain and repair commercial kitchen appliances, ventilation systems, and related equipment
- Respond to service calls, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and restore equipment to working order
- Follow safety procedures related to electrical, gas, and workplace standards
Requirements
We require candidates with a strong desire to learn, grow, and build technical skills over time. No specific educational background is required, but experience in a similar field is preferred.
Qualifications
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
Skills
Basic knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, appliance repair, and basic electrical systems. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
