Facilities Equipment Technician
About the role
We're seeking dependable Technicians to join our award-winning facilities team. You'll support the equipment that keeps our campus running every day including kitchen appliances, ventilation systems, and other mechanical equipment across our 9-million-square-foot, state-of-the-art campus.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, install, maintain and repair commercial kitchen appliances, ventilation systems, and related equipment
- Respond to service calls, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and restore equipment to working order
- Follow safety procedures related to electrical, gas, and workplace standards
Requirements
We welcome candidates with a strong desire to learn, grow, and build technical skills over time. You must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with commercial kitchen appliances, ventilation systems, and related equipment
- Knowledge of electrical, gas, and workplace safety standards
Skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols

Location
The position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
