- Partner with EHS, manufacturing, and corporate engineering
- Lead technical support for incident investigations and corrective actions
People Leadership, Mentoring & Engagement
- Mentor and coach early-career engineers and supervisors
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and accountability
- Establish structured career development pathways, training programs, and competency frameworks
Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with EPA, NPDES, and state regulatory requirements
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting
