About the role

We are seeking Civil Engineering interns to support operational facilities through technical project work. Interns will work under a mentor, contributing to projects that optimize safety, reliability, and efficiency of facilities while deploying innovative technologies and utilizing digital tools.

Interns gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to modern tools, with potential for return internships or full-time roles. Full-time engineers follow the Horizons Program to develop core technical skills and explore different engineering tracks, with opportunities for career growth in areas such as reliability, safety, subsea, or project design.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for turnarounds and projects
• Apply engineering knowledge to develop solutions that optimize facility safety, reliability, and efficiency

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering
• Strong academic and leadership skills
• Demonstrated alignment with company values
